HWB is a volunteer-based charity, and has been based on the help and assistance as a bridge between those who, for all agree to participate in HWB ideas and people. We sincerely welcome you!
Join us in two ways:
1. Work on existing projects through the volunteer training, based on the workload required for the project and time available to volunteer.
2. We welcome everyone interested in long-term care with their own social projects to join HWB. Under the same concept, operate your own projects, and based upon evaluation, HWB will provide all possible resources to support your project.
Volunteer Recruitment Charter
Chapter 1 - Nature
Article 1 - Hui-IMC Foundation, (in English "Help Without Borders Inc." Aid Without Borders, hereinafter referred to as HWB) is a non-governmental organizations, public interest groups.

Article 3 - HWB is a non-profit organizations, public interest groups are funded by dues and social sponsor.
Chapter 2 - Aims and Activities
Article 4 - HWB to promote the mass of the social, environmental responsibility and integrity of education, raising awareness of the whole society of mutual assistance, advocacy and help each other make progress together to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of mankind goal, to provide all possible assistance to the person for the purpose of this.
Article 5 - HWB support the Government, social organizations and individuals all efforts conducive to social harmony and sustainable development policies, measures and activities, and willing to work with it (him) their cooperation; the same time, according to conditions, contrary to this right to conduct oversight, advice, Calls upon the parties concerned to expose and to stop them.

Chapter 3 - Volunteer
Article 9 - Where personally to help others, to help the community to help the environment, agreed with the aims and constitution HWB, HWB is willing to contribute to the cause of the individual, upon application and was approved by the Council, could be HWB volunteer; persons engaged or interested in public welfare undertakings The enterprises, institutions and organizations, endorsed the HWB charter, can be guided in their daily work, HWB aim to support and be able to regularly participate in HWB activities, managers who do an introduction, itself, an application was approved by the Council, voluntary groups could be HWB persons.
Article 10 - Volunteer Rights:
1. the right to vote, be elected and the right to vote;
2. to participate in the activities of HWB;

Article 11 - Volunteer duties:

Chapter 4 - Organization
Article 15 - HWB work in accordance with established branches or other forms of branches. Volunteers and volunteer organizations, more units can push a person contact with the Council.

Chapter 5 - Donations and financial
Article 17 - HWB to accept all legal contributions. Ten-dollar a month dues, the annual payment of 120 dollars, that is to become HWB member.
Article 18 - HWB receive social organizations, groups and individuals with funds, services, equipment, library materials or other forms of sponsorship and donations, and the situation in an appropriate form in accordance with donor thank.
Article 19 - HWB volunteers will be within the service is voluntary in nature, non-payment of remuneration, depending on the circumstances, providing hospitality subsidies; for by the Council to employ, with more hours of work will be particularly engaged in the task entrusted to the volunteers, their reward approach by the Council as otherwise provided under the circumstances.
Article 20 - HWB's total income will be used to carry out its public service activities, financial disclosure, on a regular basis to the published accounts of volunteers and donors.
